I’m very disappointed with the care my daughter has received from one of the doctors at Pediatrics Associates. She’s been seriously ill for years, but this doctor has been consistently dismissive, rude, and quick to blame psychological issues instead of taking her physical symptoms seriously. We’ve had to fight just to be heard, and important care has been delayed because of it. Our children deserve better—doctors who listen, investigate, and truly care.

My wife and I have been happily served by the doctors for 7+years but will be seeking care elsewhere. This is due to the fact that due to their 3rd party contractor who processes billing you do not know when a conversation with a doctor during a routine wellness visit will become a "seeking care/Diagnosis" visit and be billed for a treatment you did not seek out in violation of Missouri 431.061. Though they will hide behind the general wellness consent form you signed and then inform you all their actions are in the best interest of the child which is not addressing the issue but rather redirecting the conversation to put you into a posture of shame and acceptance and not stand up for your children. The bill is not substantial enough to warrant taking to claims court. But I no longer have confidence in the company's administrative posture to feel comfortable to have a normal relational conversation with the actual doctor who is providing care lest it be turned into another Bill. Healthcare is built on trust of care and ability to dialog with doctors and Pediatric Associates of SW Missouri Billing Administration is a unseen barrier between the patient and the doctor that is only felt after the fact and will not be addressed or fixed later. During my yearly care visits I regularly have conversations with my doctor about migraine's or bone/musculature injuries that have happened between visits as they are interested in making sure I am healthy and informing me of options if I choose to proceed with the care but I am not billed for them unless I agree to proceed with the care. I've been informed this is not the case with this group's administration.

My granddaughter has been going to Ped Assoc since a newborn. Dr Meier's and her staff have always been friendly courteous and willing to answer any questions asked during the exam in the visit. Even when the questions that are not relevant to the reason for being there. The building is very inviting with bright colors on the doors and finding the rooms assigned to the patients are very easy to find. I would recommend Ped Associates to anyone looking for a physician.

Always the best! Never matters who we see their all amazing but Crowe and my son have an amazing connection that makes the appointment seamless and easy.

Fast and very gentle

I had to get one of my kids in for a sick appointment. There was lots of availability and was able to pick a time that worked best for me.

The staff was very friendly when entering the building. The building is laid out in a way that it is easy to find the examining room. The decor in the hallways is appealing to look at. The nurses and doctor was very professional friendly and willing to answer questions asked of them whether large or small from whomever is asking the questions. I would recommend Dr. Meier’s to others looking for a physician for their family

Dr Meier has been our families pediatrician for over 14 years, back when I was a scared first time mom walking into the old hospital building and taking the elevator up to her office! From first time mom worries, to hospital stays Dr Meier has always been compassionate and knowledgeable without judgement. I highly recommend Dr Meier and her staff!

She did great at educating us while not pressuring us any certain way. Dr. Meier is one of the best pediatricians I’ve ever had for my kids. She looks at the whole body. She doesn’t just turn to prescription medicine unless it’s needed. She considers homeopathic remedies so my kids are very healthy and have taken few prescription meds. If your child does have a problem or special need, she’s amazing with her resources and aggressiveness to help!

I don't typically write testimonials but I feel compelled to after my sons previous visit. We have used different doctors and nurse practitioners over the years and none have compared to the professionalism and care that Kali had demonstrated during our visit. She went above and beyond any and all expectations when it came to the care of my son that has a speech delay which many times has affected the quality and type of care he has received in the past. Kali hands down truly cares for her patients and it is abundantly obvious in the care she provides.

I have 2 bio kiddos plus my niece two of my kiddos are special needs my oldest this doc to me listens to us cares about our family but she did miracle w my niece bec she had 10 specialist doc and she was a very much a medical needs child and doc listened to every concern, issue we had and made a plan w us and stuck w it to make sure she got healthy and she did!!!! She cleared 8 of the 10 and the other two are very impressed w my nieces progress and honestly it's all due to this doc listening and caring I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone I could she is a amazing and so good w the kids could never thank her enough for all she has done

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only draw back was that I was unaware I would need to pay a bill that I had not yet recieved in the mail before my son was seen for an ER follow up. There stag was very patient and kind about it but I feel that it should have been something stated at some point either after the last visit or when I called to schedule this one. The doctor my son saw was very personable and thorough. I plan to make this our primary care office as we have recently moved to the area. Thank you for your kindness and never pushing extras like vaccines or unnecessary treatments.
